Accounting Manager Jobs

RideNow Powersports Farmers Branch is seeking a highly-organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and at least 3 years of strong A/P, GL dealership experience to join our team as our Accounting Manager! This is a wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home’ for the right candidate. You will receive several weeks of training. RideNow Powersports is an entity within the RumbleOn national powersports dealership network, with over 60 stores across the country!
Responsibilities:

• Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
• F&I products/warranty cancellations
• Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations
• Sales deal billing; loading inventory into EVO
• Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks
• Ad hoc assignments by the corporate controller, as you progress
• Month-end closing process
• Daily posting of bank transactions
• Process daily OEM dealer transfers
• General Ledger reconciliations, assist with month-end close
• Weekly intercompany reconciliations between stores

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years A/R A/P Experience
• Vehicle Title work experience is strongly desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision
• Able to work additional hours as needed mid-month and month-end to complete payroll and month-end close
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum 3 years automotive dealership experience
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
• Dealership Office Management/Accounting experience strongly desired
