Traditional ad campaigns don’t work for social marketing, so we developed a new ad creation process specifically tailored to consistently maximize results on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.

Summary

We are on the hunt for a passionate Project Account Manager to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This is a unique and exciting hybrid role that blends together project and account management responsibilities to ensure the success of our clientele and overall day-to-day efficiency of the business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all client communications while building and tracking project timelines and coordinating with the creative team on the successful execution of deliverables.

About the Role

• Work with Creative Team to build client presentations and creative briefs for content creators; coordinate with external creators on deliverables while reviewing all creative & production material at every stage of development.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and creative team to facilitate discussion that defines project goals and ensures all client requests are met in a timely and customer-obsessed manner.
• Reference material & specifications, team member time tracking, purchase orders and any other contractual requirements using Dropbox and project management tools like Monday.com.
• Secure talent, crew, location, gear and additional needs based on the scope

About You

• A passion for social media and the eagerness to work closely with the COO to learn and develop your skillset.
• 3+ years of project management and/or account management in a creative agency or related environment.
• Solid understanding of the advertising/marketing and social media industry with a hunger to learn more; familiarity with content product a plus.
• A pro-active, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills, eager to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read the room and tailor the tone of your message based on the individual person.
• Comfortable working with multiple software platforms like Google Suite, Monday.com or related, Dropbox, time tracking software like Toggl Track, and more.
