Account Executive
An Account Executive at JourneyTEAM is responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition and growth. This includes management of the sales process for medium and large prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts. The Account Executive will develop strategies and tactics in the following key areas: prospecting, relationship development, running sales cycles, pricing presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing.
Account Executives at JourneyTEAM strive to understand the specific challenges that both prospects and customers are faced with and map JourneyTEAM’s solutions accordingly to achieve the desired positive business outcomes. They need to cultivate trusted relationships with customers and key partners while maintaining a solid knowledge of evolving technology solutions and differentiators. In this high-velocity role. You’ll focus on mid-sized and enterprise businesses, presenting both on-site and remotely. Expect to own deals from cradle to grave in collaboration with sales engineers and partners. It is imperative that this person demonstrates leadership qualities, ethical behavior, excellent work ethic, and a focus on collaboration with both internal counterparts as well as customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of technical competency with the latest cloud offerings from vendors such as Microsoft
• Find and build new relationships in key target accounts
• Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
• Understand customer needs that can be solved with technology solutions
• Conduct high-level technical conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders
• Evangelize JourneyTEAM services and solutions
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience a plus

Compensation: $80,000-$200,000 OTE
Location: Onsite highly preferred in the Nashville Tennessee area BUT the Account Executive MUST be located in the Nashville area. Remote in the Nashville, TN area is also considered.
