Salary: $350k-$400k base salary depending on experience

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary business leader to assume the role of CEO at a renowned global creative agency. As one of the remaining independent global design firms of its generation, the agency specializes in brand strategy, design, and innovation, helping clients shape their brand identities and create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Foster the development and expansion of strategic partnerships with Tier 1 clients.
• Develop a robust growth strategy for the client that aligns with their brand vision and adapts to evolving industry trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, client acquisitions, etc.
• Provide strong leadership and inspire teams across different departments and regions.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply relevant insights to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Ability and experience to develop business opportunities.
• Proven Leadership experience and a history of success in a multi-location, international, forward-looking agency environment with revenue of $15m plus.
• Passion for the power of design.
• A strategic leader who can drive relevant mid-term changes.
• Strong engagement in high-level client relationships.
