Job Description
Cramer Health is a specialty team within our brand experience agency that helps our healthcare clients (with a big emphasis on Pharma) pull out the human story in every data point, in every marketing channel and across all treatments.
We are seeking a healthcare veteran, who has experience in the pharmaceutical space, to build undeniable relationships with our Cramer Health clients. Our Account Directors know our client’s business intimately and have an invaluable perspective that ensures account retention, loyalty and growth. They connect the dots at both the macro and micro levels to effectively deliver quantitative and qualitative relationship goals.
Account Directors must have unparalleled client relationship skills, industry expertise, and the ability to align tactics with the overall account strategy, all while owning the financial health.
We are equally interested in your human side, as your technical expertise.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Norwood, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills, finding the most cost-effective outcome for our clients and profitability for Cramer -- you can see the big and small picture simultaneously.
  • Form strong relationships with our clients to increase loyalty, proactively service the relationship and find organic opportunities for growth
  • Manage 1 retained account inclusive of 3 different brands and potentially 1 – 2 additional relationships as Cramer Health continues to grow
  • Provide strategic recommendations and guidance to clients in early engagement conversations, with confidence
  • Partner collaboratively with a fierce team of women who pitched, won and will continue to drive the day-to-day of this business
  • Role model and resource to junior staff (future potential for direct reports)
  • Understands the client’s business and provides a POV to project team members and executive leadership, when applicable
  • Owns account maintenance including planning meetings, account reviews, forecasting, contracts, budgets, change orders, invoices and communication of revenue expectations to internal teams
Requirements
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills 
  • MUST have experience with the pharmaceutical space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex accounts independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and driven
  • 10 years of demonstrated agency experience in a client facing role
  • Analytical thinker, capable of using complex problem-solving skills
  • Effectively manages v-suite and c-suite relationships
  • Growth oriented, but not greedy
  • Proven leadership capabilities, leaves the ego at the door
