Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our Corporate Planning Team for a 12-week internship program. As an intern in the Corporate Planning Team, you will work closely with experienced business analysts and contribute to various strategic planning and analysis initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy development, financial analysis, and performance reporting, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of business plans, goals, and objectives.
• Support the Corporate Planning Team in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and propose recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the Corporate Planning Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational targets.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and other communication materials for executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• University Senior or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Salary - $25/hrly - $30/hrly
