Director Of Site Merchandising Jobs

Minimum of 5 years of progressive Operations and management experience required

Financial/Cost Management and ownership via operational budget management experience required

Management of a distribution facility with multi-level leadership and 200+ full-time associates with experience managing 600+ seasonal associates preferred.

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems a plus (ideally, Manhattan WMOS and Pyramid WCS)

Minimum of 8 years pharma/medical industry experience and/or 4+ years people management experience required.

National and/or regional infusion service providers (i.e.; SPP’s, Infusion Management Companies)

Demonstrates ability to lead, inspire and empower an associate director team towards meeting and exceeding management by objectives.

Lead and manage a team of Associate Directors supporting site of care accounts

Direct experience with identifying, activating and creating accountability wiht sites of care in various infusion service areas such as:

Experience in infused therapies required; rare disease experience preferred.

Superior taste level and premium marketplace experience needed; knowledge of the apparel, accessories and western market understanding a must-have.

5+ years of Merchandise Leadership experience with experience managing multiple product categories.

Gain an understanding of site merchandising best practices including product launch strategy, product set up, category assignments, badging etc.

Ability to communicate with Senior Management, business users and technical developers

Be able to conceptualize, build, and maintain backend shelf pages, optimizing experiences for discoverability and SEO.

Manage back linking between pages and coordination for SEO optimized copy blocks and hyperlinks.

Build and optimize the pages for multiple merchandising departments and seasonal campaigns.

You have experience with donors and funders, and are adept at building strong relationships with them
