Serve as the Tutoring Provider liaison, and ensure all tutoring invoices for all educational programs are paid on time each month.

Supporting ongoing behavior management tools

Knowledge of Washington State early learning development and licensing requirements.

Provide reflective supervision to managers and their teams through regular on-site visits by delivering consistent communication, collaboration, and coaching.

Creates community partnerships by networking to optimize program offerings as well as recruiting strategies and other program needs.

A demonstrated willingness to continue professional growth in education, childcare and leadership acumen.

Strong communication, and collaboration skills, must be willing and able to utilize various forms of communication.

Possess fundamental knowledge of client success principles or experience working for a startup technology company preferred.

Experience working as a Sales Manager is highly desirable.

5+ years of director-level leadership experience with a team of no less than 25 team members.

Able to self-direct, motivate, and manage your time effectively.

Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and teams.

At least five years of management experience in a public or private social service agency, including public health and public-school systems.

Proficiency in project management software, outcome reporting portals, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Effectively represent the Education & Youth Development division in internal meetings and convenings with external partners.

Perform related work as assigned by the Vice President, Education and Youth Development, and the Executive Leadership of the Programs Department.

Prior experience with writing reports, briefs, success stories, and social media. 2-3 years of supervisory experience required.

Prior experience managing multi-site programs, initiatives, or pilots.
