Become a CPR/First Aid trainer and administrator classes to HEF staff to keep their certification up to date.

Obtain a PreK – Upper Elementary CLASS certification.

Bachelor’s degree in Early Learning, Elementary Education, or a related field

3+ years’ experience managing teams, creating training materials, and increasing the quality of programs

● Minimum 1 year of experience in sports management or a similar field preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 base to start, plus bonuses, based on experience

● Manage budgets for instructor cost, equipment, gear, and supplies

● Outstanding leadership and customer service skills

● Minimum 2 years of youth coaching experience preferred
