OBJECTIVES: To Lead, Manage and Growth the Program in all aspects of Recruitment, Hiring and Training, Sales, and Marketing across our area.
● Implement the company’s high standard for coaching, and develop a team of high performing coaches.
● Work with team to ensure seasonal coaching needs are met
● Partner with Team to ensure successful on-boarding and training for new coaches
● Responsible for Managing a team of coaches, evaluating the performance and development of the coaching team
● Responsible for ensuring coaches have a positive impact in the organization’s NPS scores
● Create processes for accountability & project management of the Kidokinetics Program schedules and seasonal evaluations on all coaches
● Ensure all coaches complete our training process
● Responsible for creating a culture representative of Kidokinetics Core Values within the team
● Responsible for schedule completion each season
● Appropriately prepare staff needs for upcoming season, and forecast needs for future seasons
● Coach up to 10-15 sessions per week as needed based on business need
● Responsible for planning, preparing, and executing the seasonal coaches meetings
● Work with Director in creating and developing processes that enhance the Coaching Department
Business Administration
● Responsible for approving coach’s payroll and time off requests
● Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with coaches
● Manage budgets for instructor cost, equipment, gear, and supplies
● Work on forecasting models and opportunities that effectively and economically benefit the business and the staffing needs
● Preparing reports and presenting to Director as needed
● Ensuring there is regular upkeep of the department’s tools for recruitment, training & development
WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/SCHEDULE:
● The job description above is a full-time, exempt position requiring a minimum of 40-50 hours of work per week. Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor. Many Kidokinetics programs run weeknights & weekends, and availability is paramount. During seasons, expected working hours will vary and will include working on weekends and some weekday evenings.

● For Kidokinetics to be the best run, most popular, and most successful program offered in The area
● For Kidokinetics to have a reputation of excellence. An objective measure of each territory’s reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Score survey conducted at the end of each season
● To be a Top 20 franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capita rating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals
COMPANY EXPECTATIONS:
● Prompt, reliable, and professional communication—responds immediately to customers (parents, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor and other Kidokinetics support staff within 24 hours
● Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines. Develop systems to stay organized, keep good records, and be efficient with your time
● Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond company expectations to sell, promote and market our program prior to each season
● Provide excellent customer service
● Adhere to all company policies and represent Kidokinetics with professionalism and integrity
● Hire, train, and manage a staff of coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for Kidokinetics

PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS AND REVIEWS:
● Performance will be reviewed after the first 60 days of employment
● Objectives of the position and company expectations will be reviewed quarterly through a meeting with supervisor

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
● College degree required, related field preferred
● Minimum 2 years of youth coaching experience preferred
● Minimum 1 year of experience in sports management or a similar field preferred
