Job Description

Salary: $25 base per hour to start, based on experience



Responsibilities

Coaching, Training, and Staff Leadership

  • Work with Director in creating and developing processes that enhance the Coaching Department
  • Responsible for schedule completion each season
  • Appropriately prepare staff needs for upcoming season, and forecast needs for future seasons
  • Implement the company’s high standard for coaching, and develop a team of high performing coaches.
  • Coach up to 10-15 sessions per week as needed based on business need as it develops
  • Ensure all coaches complete our training process
  • Responsible for Managing a team of coaches, evaluating the performance and development of the coaching team
  • Work with team to ensure seasonal coaching needs are met
  • Partner with Team to ensure successful on-boarding and training for new coaches

Business Administration

  • Preparing reports and presenting to Director as needed
  • Manage budgets for instructor cost, equipment, gear, and supplies
  • Responsible for approving coach’s payroll and time off requests
  • Ensuring there is regular upkeep of the department’s tools for recruitment, training & development


WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/SCHEDULE:

  • The above position is intended to 30 hours a week currently, and become full time. Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor.

  • Hire, train, and manage a staff of coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for Kidokinetics
