1. Oversee shipping functions and shipping personnel, including shipping and stocking of FGI and physical inventory.

Responsible for scheduling work assignments, training, and overall performance management of individuals within the department and ensure safety.

Oversee inventory controls of on/off-site facilities to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained using inventory management methods (FIFO).

Working knowledge of WMS systems required; experience with RF-Smart a plus.

Forklift certified or must be able to obtain certification (offered onsite at Biamp) within 90 days of hire.

Recommend and implement improvements to equipment and methods for long-range planning, while adhering to cost control and budget requirements.

Previous experience in high volume shipping and/or order fulfillment highly desired.
