Take the next step in your LTL career as a dock supervisor in our Denver Terminal. Based on the fast-paced environment of a large breakbulk LTL terminal, dock supervisors ensure freight moves safely and efficiently in sync with our network of 200+ locations.

We're looking for someone with a strong logistics background and good leadership and team-building skills to help lead our dock teams. Responsibilities include dock planning and scheduling, assigning equipment, and ensuring employees follow safety and operations processes.

Qualifications Summary:

• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
• Must be knowledgeable of the local metropolitan area
• Prior management, dispatch, and dock experience required, preferably in the LTL trucking industry
• Capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
• Willing to work 50 hours/week average
• Strong leadership, employee development, and communication skills
