In Vitro Cell Culture Scientist Jobs

Accurate and reliable record keeping including data management, batch records, laboratory notebooks, and all pertinent documentation

Serves as subject matter expert for the Cell Services Research Technicians

Grow, maintain, and cryopreserve contamination-free mammalian cells (suspension & adherent).

Preparation of cell pellets for histological processing.

Experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics, and neurobiology is preferred.

Excellent communication skills including interpersonal communication, presentations to groups, written reports and detailed record keeping.

The design, optimization, and implementation of rigorous assays toward the quantitation of oligonucleotides.

Participate in animal tissue processing and analysis from studies performed at Atalanta or at external CRO facilities.

Investigate novel pharmacokinetic techniques and participate in and contribute to cross disciplinary discussions to effectively innovate Atalanta’s novel oligonucleotide platform.

Provide novel troubleshooting tactics in a team-based collaborative environment.

Previous experience of working on several projects running simultaneously while working independently as well part of a team is essential.

Experience in GMP cell culture manufacturing operations or manufacturing support is beneficial.

Previous experience with authoring and/ or review of CMC sections for regulatory submission is beneficial but not necessary.

Executes experiments to support early and late-stage cell culture process development, scale up, characterization and validation activities as necessary.
