The Sales Executive, Bio Supplies Cell Culture is a remote, home based position. Ideally the incumbent would be based in the Northeast.


Negotiate and manage commercial and quality agreements with potential customers of the different products manufactured at Grifols and ensure the right supply and distribution to such customers, these products include any finished that our customers use in the field of cell culture/cell therapy as a supplement to manufacture their own products. This role has to ensure that the agreements negotiated are robust and within the Grifols policies. This position will interact with all areas involved during the negotiation as Quality, Regulatory and Supply.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explore additional collaborations and synergies with the current and potential customers.
  • To negotiate new agreements within the Grifols' policies.
  • Review from a commercial and strategic point of view new requests of cell culture products (Male AB, OTC AB, Leukopaks, etc…) to be used by third parties.
  • To act as a commercial contact between the companies and Grifols.
  • Coordination with Supply and Quality Area for the potential supply of such products, technical and regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain and update the agreements related with the supply of products.
  • Sales follow up: historical sales, budgets, forecasts.
  • Control, manage and follow up of the customers together with Customer Service Department: purchase orders, invoicing, supply.
  • To develop commercial activities for the expansion of the Business Unit.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor degree (life science) required


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Availability to travel up to 30%
  • Excellent level of English
  • Flexible, organized, and excellent communication skills required with a commercial focus a bonus.

This position is remote based.

  • Pay scale of $65,868 - $98,801 per year for Colorado Residents and $75,748.20 - $113,621.15 per year for California and Washington Residents, depending on training, education and experience. This position is eligible to participate in the company sales commission program. We offer benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
