Vice President Oncology Operations Jobs in Arkansas

Extensive knowledge of production environment with at least 15 years of manufacturing managerial experience

Responsible for the hiring and training of departmental managers.

Conducts departmental manager performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Partner with the executive staff to drive strategies, plans, and organizational capabilities

Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in manufacturing, business, and finance

Superior knowledge of business operation and safety regulations.

Strong leadership, experience in leading large teams, and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

10+ years of experience with healthcare technology (i.e., EHRs, Practice Management, etc.) account management & implementation

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred

Relationship Building and Account Management:

Develop a deep understanding of their unique challenges, goals, and requirements.

Recruit, train, and develop a team of customer success managers with specialized oncology and community healthcare expertise.

Superior project management skills with demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex project

Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, key stakeholders and management on all aspects of programs/projects.

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation

Manages internal/external communications and provide regular project updates to Sr. Leadership

Typically requires 12+ years of experience as an oncology clinical operations leader or consultant

Must have experience working in an oncology center
