Vice President Of Administration
The Vice President of Administration (VPA) serves as the Chief Executive Officer's (CEO) key partner and works with the senior leadership team in achieving the CEO's and board's vision for the organization. In concert with others, the VPA executes strategies to accomplish the priorities established for the organization and brings oversight and direction to various departments within the YMCA. The VPA is responsible for the successful functioning of the Y's financial, human resources, and administrative performance. The VPA will supervise the Human Resources, Finance, and Risk and Safety resources for the Y.

  • Paid Time Off - Full-Time employees will begin accruing PTO immediately upon their Full-Time employment start date.
  • The amount you accrue is based on the number of hours you worked in that pay period, and the amount accrued is based on your years of service. For someone working 40 hours per week, the accrual rate is as follows: 0-2 years of employment: 6.48 hours per pay period (or 21 days per year); 2-5 years of employment: 8 hours per pay period (or 26 days per year); 5+ years of employment: 9.52 hours per pay period (or 31 days per year).
  • 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employees monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when requirements are met
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance:
  • The cost is shared by the YMCA and the employee. Participation may begin the first of the month following hire.

  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ Years of Progressive Senior Leadership
  • CPR/FA for Adult, Child and Infant
