Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of data to identify market trends, tradeable patterns, and leading indicators
- Advise clients on asset allocation, trade construction, and execution strategies
- Manage execution of all G10 rates products for institutional clients
- Assist in training and developing junior members of the team
- Work closely with partners in onboarding, legal, and credit to manage documentation process for new and existing clients
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with research and trading partners to deliver unique market insights to our clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Thorough understanding of the rates product suite (bonds, swaps, swaptions, exotics, etc.)
- Proven ability to efficiently manage client relationships
- Ambitious mindset to develop unique solutions to problems our clients face
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions
- Strong understanding of macroeconomics
- Ability to deliver results amidst continuous change in an agile work environment
- 5+ years of markets sales experience, preferably in rates
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Familiarity with computer programming
- Background in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field
