Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iOS, and project management software tools.

Coordinates and manages new facility start-ups within their region.

Organize and narrate parking management skills for Assistant Managers and Team Leads.

Responsible for financial management of assigned locations ensuring adherence to budget and revenue enhancements.

Participate in labor contract management if applicable to assigned location(s).

Communicate with local police department and emergency management teams regarding operations.

Providing timely & knowledgeable service, and then some! Always finding solutions to guests' problems.

Greeting arriving and departing guests. Opening passenger door(s) and offering assistance.

Has knowledge and experience of Arizona driving laws.

Assist Manager with training Service Valets.

Communicate with the Manager concerning delays, unsafe sites, accidents, and other maintenance problems.

Assist the Manager with coordinating work schedules, evaluating job performance, and motivating service Valets.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Valet Manager.

Possess strong leadership qualities to delegate and supervise responsibilities with the team.

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds and provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service

Ensure all guest's valet experience are memorable and unique

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers

Willing to adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards

Run fast to retrieve cars

Drive slow when presenting cars

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE and REGISTRATION:

Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any security or safety problems to manager.

Minimum of one year work experience in a customer service environment.

Provides assistance to patients and visitors by obtaining wheelchairs, or other services as needed.

Escorts or transports patients who need help to their destination within CARTI.

Previous experience working in an upscale hotel

Greet and escort guests to rooms.

Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.

Pick up and drop off guests at the airport and drive guests to various destinations in the company car.

Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.

Identify and explain room features to guests

May perform data entry, using electronic devices

Provide own transportation at own cost and expense, including, but not limited to fuel, maintenance, repairs and insurance

Drive, park, and/or retrieve customer’s vehicles upon arrival and departure

Accurately complete all required paperwork for each shift

Maintain a clean booth, station, or location, ensuring that trash and debris are cleared from the location throughout the day

Report any potholes, missing or broken signage, or other hazards to supervisor

The salary for this role is between $86k -$122k based on experience.

Possess complex project management skills, including SEO, website content audit, inventory and strategy, and stakeholder alignment.

Manage a content editorial calendar to amplify CD Valet key messages across multiple channels including social media platforms.

Advise the CD Valet team on best practices for web copywriting, journey, and experience design.

Use web analytics reporting to enhance recommendations for improving content and the user experience.

Have excellent writing and editing skills and a commitment to error-free, fact-checked publishing compliant with relevant regulations.

Have experience in designing, building, migrating, refreshing, and localizing web content, and user experience design and research.

Must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping

Experience with valet parking and/or management experience

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management

Maintain the daily systems needed for successful operation at valet locations, including equipment, tickets, audit sheets and signage.

Creates and manages the department's annual budget, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Manages shuttle service for guests.

Manages the valet and bell service functions to ensure that outstanding customer service is provided through proper staffing.
