The Transportation Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the transportation department. This includes coordinating and scheduling transportation services, maintaining records, and providing customer service. The Transportation Office Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services for customers
• Maintain records of transportation services
• Provide customer service to customers
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with the coordination of special events
• Assist with the maintenance of vehicles
• Assist with the maintenance of the transportation office
Job Skills Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a transportation office or related field
• Valid driver’s license
