NBA, WNBA, G League, NCAA ticket sales management experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred

Budget Management: Ensure that all sales initiatives operate within budget constraints while focusing on achieving revenue goals.

Training and Development: Coach and train sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship building.

Hire and lead full-time staff and manage their daily workflow.

A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in customer service and sales performing the essential duties listed

Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing, coaching, and hiring staff preferred.

1-2 years of experience with Ticketmaster ARCHTICS, TMONE, Price Master, TM Presence, Account Manager as well as other TM applications preferred.

Candidate should be very organized with great attention to detail, time management and be a team player.

Skilled and proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word etc.

Work closely with finance department on tracking and keeping seamless records of payables and receivables.

Manage and supervise all game day employees with ticket issues and customer service on game days.

1-2 years working in a professional sports environment or equivalent setting preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language required

Working knowledge of ticketing applications, as well as Excel and Outlook

Manage payroll and scheduling for ticket office assistants and ticket sellers.

Work with managers to help train and manage all part-time staff and sales reps.

Work with managers to help manage platinum seat inventory from manifest build through show completion.

Manage CRM properly to ensure you maximize opportunities

Selling services for up to $12-15K via zoom calls

Take 15-30 new lead opportunities per week

Quota: 2 sales weekly/8 sales monthly (post ramp-up)

Participate in all required company and sales team meetings

High ticket sales, sales leadership and/or recruiting background

4-year college degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred

Actively participates in Team Member sales skills training and development opportunities and Team Member sales activities.

Previous sports and/or telemarketing or outside sales experience is preferred

Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to present sales material to large groups and customers

Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office software programs

Experience with KORE & Ticketmaster Systems a plus.

Process ticket sales orders and requests daily for both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans

Assist in reporting and all ticket operations functions on game days

Coordinate inventory for both single game and season ticket plans

Coordinate the overall operation of the Saints and Pelicans will call and sales/box office windows on all game days

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and analyzing sales reports using Paciolan, and eQuery software to manage seat upgrades and moves.

Oversight of student-staff employees at home soccer events.

Signing bonus is available with demonstrated expert knowledge of Paciolan Ticketing System.
