They must be able to identify and resolve technical problems, as well as provide customer service and support. They must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. • Knowledge of computer hardware and software

• Knowledge of network systems and protocols
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of network systems and protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
