Have experience within incident management

Provide detailed application support for CUBE application platform to support the case-management process.

Schedule and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers and management.

Liaise with customers by telephone or remote screenshare sessions to qualify, troubleshoot, coordinate and update cases.

At least 18 months experience working in a customer support role for a SaaS business.

Hands-on experience with Office 365, Dynamix CRM, SharePoint and the support of a large web-based application

Experience writing and presenting briefings on investigations to all levels of staff and management in high-pressure environments.

Maintain a DLP assessment plan that aligns to how Experian operates and matches the requirements of the Cyber Fusion Program.

Minimum 10 years of experience working in a cyber security investigation field.

Experience with cross-organizational collaboration and negotiation.

Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.

Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies.

Experience writing and presenting briefings on investigations to all levels of staff and management in high-pressure environments.

5+ years’ experience in information security.

Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, transportation, logistics, business, or related field preferred; relevant work experience also considered.

1-2years’ experience with Oracle Transportation Management and ERPs (JDE-SAP)

Requires creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities

Validate truckload shipments meet utilization requirements, tender ’clean’ shipments and monitor shipment status from tender to final delivery.

Responsible for carrier updates (rates, contacts, etc.), customer requirements (location rules), route planning and overall system maintenance within OTM.

Learns and applies knowledge and guidance regarding import/export laws, customs and duties, and related regulations such as NAFTA and HazMat.
