Knowledge in Linux and Windows OSs (user, scripting level).
Knowledge in cyber security, especially in embedded software context.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
Customer-oriented personnel with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to users of our products.
