WHAT YOU WILL DO: Build Great Teams. Be a Voice. Elevate Processes and Efficiency.


  • Run the performance management process to ensure employee performance aligns with organizational goals. Educate managers to set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to employees. Identify and address performance gaps through coaching, training, or development programs.
  • Engage employees through creative solutions and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend strategies to improve employee experience. Work with HR Managers to create effective recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge and motivate high-performing employees.
  • Lead learning and development by identify skill gaps within the organization and develop training and development programs to address them. Partner with appropriate cross functional teams to create and deliver training modules, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee knowledge and skills. Collaborate with external providers, when necessary, to deliver specialized training programs.
  • Lead administrative responsibilities for effective day-to-day general office operations, serve as point of contact for employees and designated vendors, and manage schedules for quarterly/annual meetings, town halls and executives as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
  • Support HR initiatives in the areas of compliance, communications, wellness, safety and health, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and community relations.


This is intended to represent a majority of key accountabilities. There will be opportunities for additional high-level responsibilities and projects to expand abilities and grow professionally.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Energy! Drive. Focus.


  • Working knowledge of HRIS system.
  • Willingness to work extended hours necessary to complete a job when required to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field, required.
  • Adaptability to challenging and developing environments and passion for new responsibilities as the business evolves.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, advanced level a plus in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality with work-related information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and presentations.
  • Five+ years’ experience with similar responsibilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with people internally/externally. Speaking/training large audiences, a plus.
