It all boils down to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our learning and development program. Drive overall talent management initiatives. L&D is a major component of that which will be the initial focus, but the strategy piece comes in from a standpoint of how does that impact our business? How can we scale teams more efficiently? Development of employees to help with retention and succession planning.
