Overview Systems Administrator I – Desktop Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of computer systems, networks, and applications. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and providing technical advice and guidance. They may also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring system performance, ensuring security and data integrity, and providing user training and support. Detailed Job Description Systems Administrator I – Desktop Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of computer systems, networks, and applications. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and providing technical advice and guidance. They may also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring system performance, ensuring security and data integrity, and providing user training and support. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in a systems administrator or desktop support role
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
