Job Description

Desktop Support Administrator (ASAP HIRE)


Compensation: $27-$35/hr

Contract: 6-month contract, with a strong chance for permanent hire

Schedule: 5 days/week on-site

Location: Greenville, SC


Join an essential business making a positive impact on the local community. We're searching for a Desktop Support Administrator who's ready to make a difference ASAP


What you'll do:

• Provide Tier II desktop support

• Handle Windows/Microsoft systems

• Work with SCCM for software deployment

• Implement system upgrades & patches

• Manage ticketing in Service Now


Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in Tier II support

• Familiarity with Windows/Microsoft systems, SCCM, and Service Now or other ticketing systems

• Certifications (e.g., A+) and degrees are desirable but not required
