Knowledge of organic and food safety certifications is a strong asset;

Field experience in developing countries, preferably in Latin America, strongly preferred;

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills including report writing and presentation;

Flexibility to travel throughout Latin America in often remote, rural areas.

Identify and connect with high potential suppliers of organic ingredients for the Tradin Organic portfolio;

Proven project management abilities with a track record of leading successful sustainability initiatives.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, certifications (such as Cradle to Cradle, FSC, etc.), and industry best practices related to sustainability.

Lead the development of educational programs and training sessions to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability practices among HCT's employees.

5-7 years of professional experience in sustainability, preferably within the cosmetics beauty industry or related sectors.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex sustainability concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Must have strong analytics capabilities and problem-solving skills.

· Direct experience with Environmental type qualification testing of systems (DO-160G / MIL-STD) is strongly desired.

· AA, bachelor’s in electronic engineering (B. A. EE), or equivalent work experience.

· 5-10 years of relevant on-the-job experience.

· Must be able to react well to pressure and manage multiple high priorities in parallel.

· Excellent Electronics troubleshooting skills.

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Research funding sources, identify grant opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and administer grant contracts related to sustainability projects. WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT:

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage several projects at once.

Produce content for educational workshops and related educational material using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, web publishing software, and other computer programs.

Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Two years of experience developing, maintaining, or managing sustainability outreach, training initiatives, projects, and programs.

Maintain training materials for communicating about various legislations to different departments: sales, engineering, supply chain, product management

Maintain current knowledge of material legislations and closely monitor any possible changes, subject matter expert

At least 5 years in a technical role with progressive experience managing a team

Experience with material compliance and legislations

Sustainability Support – Lead data entry and analysis, and systems improvement, and provide project support for ongoing Sustainability projects, including

Data Visualization – Build Power BI dashboards that empower teams to monitor, manage and innovate.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Power BI, with the ability to create pivot tables, queries, macros, and formulas.

Experience in Greenhouse Gas accounting, energy efficiency and renewable energy, water conservation, zero waste and other sustainability metrics/accounting.

Ability to manage priorities and workflow as assigned.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Experience creating a proactive cross-platform social listening and community management system.

Knowledge of and experience with organizations/enterprises related to construction material sustainability.

5 years or more of relevant expert experience in communications channels and content for sustainability programs/policy

Proven experience developing environmental public information communications and campaigns.

Experience collecting data, reviewing alternatives, and performing qualitative or quantitative analysis of content and communications channels used.

Experience preparing and delivering training, facilitation, and partnership services.

Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in environmental regulatory coordination, inspections, project management.

3-5 years of professional experience in Environmental consulting, environmental regulatory coordination, inspections, project management.

A working Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental Regulations and standards, including: USACE Waters of the U.S (WOTUS).

Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.

A working knowledge of the most current versions of ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS desktop.

Conducts reviews and/or prepares technical project documents.

Experience in leading a multifunctional team

Experience of consumer research: from briefing through to implementing findings

Oversee all Tequila Sustainability Initiatives consolidating Supply, CR and Marketing core projects with status and actions needed.
