Position Summary

This role supports data analysis, data visualization, dashboard development and project implementation. This position will provide project support for JFW’s Sustainability team and will increase departmental bandwidth by building analytical tools enabling teams across the company to access sustainability data and identify actionable next steps to meet our publicly stated 2030 Rooted for Good goals.

Essential Functions/Duties

• Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
• Zero Waste Monitoring
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow as assigned.
• Experience in Greenhouse Gas accounting, energy efficiency and renewable energy, water conservation, zero waste and other sustainability metrics/accounting.
• Data Collection and Analysis - Support data entry and analysis focused on tracking key sustainability metrics across departments and identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency and decarbonization. Particular focus areas include energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, GHG inventories, production efficiency, product certification, zero emission vehicles and zero waste.

• Ability to read and understand data flow and identify trends.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Power BI, with the ability to create pivot tables, queries, macros, and formulas.

• Sustainability Support – Lead data entry and analysis, and systems improvement, and provide project support for ongoing Sustainability projects, including
• Two (2) to four (4) years of professional experience with working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and evaluation and general understanding of how relational databases interact with each other.
