At least 1-2 years of experience in data governance or data management roles

5+ years’ experience of hands-on IT Project Delivery experience as a program/project manager implementing complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated environment

Strong people leadership skills with the ability to manage projects in a matrixed environment

Attend Program/Product Management strategy & collaboration meetings

Work with Clients/3rd party vendors as needed to gather requirements & facilitate project needs

Creates & manages OEM program Lean Business Cases from inception through approval

Create & manage OEM program Initiatives from inception (Initiative & Feature creation and User Story review) through implementation (deployment & release)

Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products

Knowledgeable on functionality &/or enhancements of products & services to improve retention/dealer satisfaction

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Excellent Program Management experience – 5 years minimum

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Azure Dev Ops etc.

1-2 years experience minimum in a project management or related role

UX research knowledge or experience a plus

Experience driving multiple products through a complete lifecycle

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.

Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, to scope, with high quality.

Knowledge of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Transition Services

Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience

This position is a Management Service Supervisory position and is not represented by a union.

A master's degree in the field of rehabilitation, education, and/or counseling is preferred, but not required.

Strong understanding of Vocational rehabilitation and the federal regulations and mandates specific to service youth and students with disabilities

Accumulation and evaluation of Portfolio management data.

Report financial variances between the business case and programs actual spending (benefits and cost) and manage business sign-off of value achieved.

Provide Portfolio reporting and status to senior management.
