Job Description
A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on a Project Manager to work in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, managing outreach strategies to reach older adults that may be eligible yet unenrolled in public benefit programs. The position is 100% remote person must work EST hours. The position is a 6-month contract. *W2 only.


Our client is looking for a high-performing Project Manager committed to the mission of their Foundation and interested in a role blending grant management, consumer outreach planning, and data analysis and management. This person will work closely with the Benefits Access, Grants Management, and Program Communications & Marketing teams to assist our client in its goal of identifying and helping older adults with low-income learn about and access crucial public benefit programs focused primarily on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicare Savings Programs (MSP).


This position will be primarily focused on:


  • Supporting the development of grant opportunities around public benefit programs; this may include drafting Request for Approvals (RFAs), scoring rubrics, and convening reviewers to discuss selections in collaboration with the Grants team.
  • Analyzing program outcomes, including demographic reporting, and building a deep understanding of equity as it relates to public benefit programs, which will be used to inform future program design.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, managing outreach strategies to reach older adults that may be eligible yet unenrolled in public benefit programs.
