Summary
This role involves working with the Compass program to facilitate research with enterprise, small business and consumer customers who have joined the Compass program.
Job Responsibilities

• Assist with other backoffice program logistics, such as customer onboarding to the Compass program
• Communicate essential information to Compass customers about the research projects/events in which they will be participating
• Work across Compass UX researchers and customers to ensure the success of research projects and events
• Schedule research interviews and events, based on customer and researcher availability

Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of research project processes.

Education/Experience

• 1-2 years experience minimum in a project management or related role
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• UX research knowledge or experience a plus

Top 3 Skills Must have : -

• Written communication skills – writing emails/IMs to customers, stakeholders, & team members
• Familiarity with Microsoft office tools (Specifically Microsoft excel and keeping track of quantitative & qualitative information) – 2+ years of experience

Project Management – demonstrate whether its academic or workplace – 2-3+ years of experience
