• Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Knowledge of small business operations
• Knowledge of business software and applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
