Director Of Shared Services (118906)

LaSalle Network has partnered with one of top retail services providers in the US who is looking to add a Shared Services Director to their team. This is a newly created position in which the Shared Services Director will lead a team to automate, improve and streamline shared services processes across the organization. This will be a true business partnering role in which you will lead the root cause analytics for the finance department, manage KPI’s and come up with strategic plans to increase revenue. This is a highly visible position reporting to the VP of Finance with a dotted line to the CFO. This position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $130,000-$150,000 plus bonus.

Shared Services Director Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance of accounting records including accounts receivable, revenue recognition, depreciation, cost and operating expenses
• Manage the root cause analytics process company wide
• Automate, recommend, and streamline process improvement initiatives
• Strategic collaboration with the sales, IT and accounting teams to roll out new business plans to increase overall revenue
• Develop, monitor, and improve key performance indicators
• Manage and present updates during monthly/quarterly business review meetings
• Manage a team of 5-6 billing specialists to ensure the order to cash process is world class

Shared Services Director Requirements:

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, or finance required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Process oriented background
• Project management experience
