Analyzing and interpreting mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and software test results and identifying and remedying failures.

Handling the most complex measuring problems, integrating third-party components in the system.

Deep knowledge/experience of functional test HW from design, develop, validation to MP implementation

Good knowledge of board manufacturing flow, proven test HW capability and experience and results

Evaluate the capabilities of test HW suppliers, consolidate supplier partnership, and validate/coordinate with global team

Experience managing capital equipment and new product projects from concept to implementation

7-10+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer

Experience with assembly, forming, machining, and stamping processes

Some experience with machining/CNC programming would also be a plus

Develop, implement, and lead Capital Project activities

Design Tooling and Fixtures for increased productivity

Project management experience is required

8+ years' experience in equipment-intensive ISO 9000 manufacturing

Plastics processing experience is a plus

Develop, implement, and validate manufacturing processes for existing and new products

Lead verification and validation exercises for commercial manufacturing launch

Address non-conformances through NCR/CAPA system, escalating when necessary

Involved in equipment design and equipment process design, and will help take equipment from requirements to functioning machinery

Partner with vendors, R&D, and Product Development teams to develop timelines for new equipment and characterize process requirements

Assist and/or lead developing requirements and build outs of new processes and equipment

6 or more years of manufacturing experience, with 2 or more years in a Manufacturing and/or Process Engineering role or similar

Previous Equipment Design or Equipment Process Design experience

Experience with NADCAP quality management system requirements for composite molding and bonding

Experience with AS9100 quality management system

Be able to make technical, data-driven decisions and execute with limited management support

Understand, follow and adhere to corporate Quality Management System on a daily basis.

Experience with Minitab, Made to Manage (or other ERP systems), and ply nesting software (Cutworks, Patternsmith, etc.),

Create production planning in Made 2 Manage ERP system, Item Masters, Bill of Materials, Routers, etc.

Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

Confers with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in technical writing and procedure development.

Prior experience in machine shop practices including milling, turning and grinding a plus.

Previous experience with automation a plus.

Experience with mechanical design using SolidWorks.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.

Working knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, and SPC approach for risk mitigation.

Experience with the operation of charge / discharge cyclers, environmental chambers, vibration, and shock testing is desirable but not required.

Attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, and troubleshooting skills are desirable!

Lead the demonstration of product integrity through foundational, functional, and environmental testing.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience developing development test solutions

Experience in the development of manufacturing test software

Experience in the development of manufacturing test solutions for complex computing, camera and display products

Experience with scripting languages such as Python

Experience in test development with CM, ODM, and/or JDM partners

Experience with ISO 9001 requirements, thorough knowledge of “corrective action process”

Minimum 3 years’ experience in programming, tooling and/or fixture design in the metal cutting industry.

Experience on defining machining process with multiple operations, milling, turning, etc.

Experience with multi 5 axis machine controls

Direct hands-on experience interacting with machine shop floor activities in a fast, dynamic environment.

Expert knowledge of 4 and 5 axis CNC machining center programming.

B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering; or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

5+ years of related experience developing and launching complex assembly processes.

Communicate clearly using written and verbal skills.

Have working knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

3D CAD experience in reviewing and modifying 3D models of tooling and product.

Experience creating various reports and database tools for presentation to Executive Leaders within the organization.

Strong Project and Time Management experience with internal and external stakeholders

Provides leadership in the selection and management of test development partners and resources

Emotional Intelligence: Recognizes, understands, manages one’s own emotions and is able to influence others. A critical skill for pressure situations

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent technical education and experience

Develops manufacturing test strategies and requirements for the manufacture, reconditioning, and service of medical devices

Leads the implementation of these strategies by developing test systems internally, and through suppliers that support manufacturing, reconditioning, and service requirements
