Job Title

Manufacturing Test Technician

Manufacturing Test Technician will be integrating system parts and putting them into service as a functioning system in accordance with the specifications.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Handling the most complex measuring problems, integrating third-party components in the system.
• Partnering with Contacts Development Specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered.
• Assessing the testability of the new Test processes and formulating improvements on the basis of the test protocol. (Number of test process steps: > 50).
• Performing, as a specialized worker, non-repetitive tests of complete prototypes and (non-standard) total systems with complex applications that interfere with one another.
• Interpreting the test results requiring analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to realize the assignment.
• Analyzing and interpreting mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and software test results and identifying and remedying failures.

• 2+ years working experiene in a manufacturing environment
• High attention to details
• Comprehensive PC skills e.g. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software applications
• Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge, experience, and solutions
• Problem Solving skills

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00, plus overtime eligible. This role also includes, field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
