Experience in contract negotiation with vendors supplying direct materials, indirect goods & services, and transportation areas a must

Collaborate with HR Operations and Total Rewards to align Fleet offerings to the Company Car Policy and business needs

Strong experience within the assigned spend category

Tenured experience in category management for global outsourcing (min 2+ years in global outsourcing).

$71-$76/hour depending on level of experience.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.

M BA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience/ knowledge

Strong experience in travel category management, as a travel buyer or in corporate travel operations
