Senior Associate Global Sourcing Manager Jobs in Arkansas

Financial analysis knowledge, including complex modeling and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related degree

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Experience managing sourcing, process improvement or related projects from start to finish

A moderate to complex level of knowledge in:

Experience in contract negotiation with vendors supplying direct materials, indirect goods & services, and transportation areas a must

• Effective presentation and influencing skills to interface with multiple levels of management.

• Collaborates with business stakeholders and procurement management to determine sourcing category strategy.

• Provides other services related to the sourcing, contracting, and supplier management function as required.

• Manages existing contracts to anticipate and prepare for ongoing renewals.

• Experience in analyzing pricing and determining price reasonableness.

• Proven experience with key category suppliers.

Understanding of project management concepts.

Manage and maintain the custom contracting portfolio records including revenue tracking, contract lists, and multiple reports.

Knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

Working knowledge of non-acute operations a plus

Healthcare, analytics, and contracting experience a plus.
