Location Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid-work from home 3 days a week)


Salary $90,000 - $120,000

Job Details


Responsibilities


  • Manage and mentor a team of buyers/procurement specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to sourcing and procurement.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible pricing and terms.
  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to ensure the company's supply chain is efficient and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct RFI/RFP processes to identify and select potential vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, global sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sourcing software.
  • Experience in RFI/RFP processes and procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor selection and management.
