Sales Discovery Representative Jobs

Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain that they will conduct a survey of guests experience.

Must have Timeshare Sales Experience

Answer all of the guests questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.

When guest purchases, prepare worksheet including all required information and deliver worksheet to Contracts office for processing.

Answer all post sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent organization, communication, time management, writing and creative problem-solving skills are essential.

Liaise between our office and the Grand Jury, Clerks Office, and Court Clerks.

5 years of experience in an area related to the duties as described above.

Literacy in computer applications, Microsoft Suite; Excel required; knowledge of SQL, CIS, and other City oriented systems.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Assist with the entire e-Discovery process, from ingestion, production of e-Discovery materials, and through archiving.

Must have strong communication and presentation skills.

Work closely with the Photography Department to develop ideas, manage and maintain the network brand.

Work closely with the Production Manager of Digital/Print Design to keep all projects on time and on budget

Organize and manage the media files graphics assets and graphics deliverables files on the various servers and archive systems

At least 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a TV network or design studio

Expert knowledge of all current graphic software including Adobe CC Suite, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint

Conduct sales calls using the relevant materials and or Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

BS/BA Business Management degree or related field required.

3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Maintain up to date sales/technical knowledge of any relevant specialty and disease area(s), as required.

Experience in the antibody/drug discovery industry highly preferred.

Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and writing skills

At least 2 years of litigation experience required

Know when team needs to prepare and send supplemental discovery, prepare and serve supplemental and/or specialized discovery

Print and save faxes to appropriate folder on server

Provide lit concierge service/updates to clients and providers on status of case

Coordinate with other staff to make sure we have all medical records and bills before preparing discovery responses

Ph.D. with at least 5-8 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, preferably in antibody drug discovery and development.

Ability to design, manage and interpret outsourced non-clinical studies with collaborators, CROs including timelines and budgets.

Excellent verbal and written technical and non-technical communication skills.

Create databases and respond to the needs of department management, legal teams, or clients.

Manage the implementation of database systems, external web-based document repositories, external web-based case management tools, etc.

Manipulate data load files between litigation review platforms to assure quality and cost efficiency of document review projects and document management.

Client interaction and support including project management, budgeting, status reporting, etc.

Relevant experience required, as well as experience in a Litigation Technology Support role; Full-cycle litigation experience required.

Technical knowledge to include Microsoft O365; Relativity; and SQL

Prepare electronic resources MARC records for data loads.

Shape the library’s technological future by exploring and advocating for user-centered library systems and applications,

Continually review library collection for currency and relevance to deselect outdated and damaged library materials.

Oversee the technical services operation of the Learning Resources Center processing, cataloging, and maintaining of materials.

Act as Site Coordinator for MOBIUS consortium and database administrator for the library’s integrated library system (ILS)

Process donations by identifying those relevant to the collection, accessioning archives and/or cataloging them.

2+ years product management experience in a consumer products company
