Minimum four years recent resource management or client services experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

Project Management experience a plus.

Utilize Resource Management systems to generate and analyze reporting documents

Maintain Resource Management tools such as Scheduling systems, email folders, Teams, etc.

Manage staffing allocation while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitability

Act as the day-to-day contact for managers and staff regarding general firm and resource topics

High proficiency in the use of Microsoft business products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities, preferred

Proficiency with PeopleSoft and OneStream, or experience with similar corporate management software, preferred

Manages and supports the monthly/annual scheduling process for the designated region

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a medical setting

Experience with strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and sales.

2 – 4 years’ of Operations Management experience (ideally within Health and Human Services)

Assist with DNCD document management systems

Assist with DNCD data management activities supporting task orders

Maintain Director calendar and be POC for external scheduling requirements

Manage DNCD employee required trainings

Manage Divisional equipment and supply orders

Master calendar and project management work plan maintenance

Area of Study: Business, Healthcare Management, or related field

Line management or project management experience preferred
