Glucose Guards is seeking to recruit a full time Senior Management of Glucose Guards to oversee the daily business and administrative operations of Glucose Guards including to optimize internal and external operating processes. Other responsibilities include establishing policies to promote the vision of the company and to collaborate with stakeholders to carry out other growth & development strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimize internal and external workflows.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Board to develop & execute short and long-term objectives.
• Support and manage operations with existing and new clients.
• Refine product lines and message.
• Assist with staff recruitment.
• Oversee the creation of marketing material and educational content.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and data analysis.
• A deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including CMS, commercial payors, Independent Physician Associations, Accountable Care Organizations, benefits managers, self-insured employers, captive health insurance models, and other risk-bearing entities.
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and sales.
• 5+ years of senior level operations experience at a chronic disease management or health-lifestyle coaching company.

Salary: Negotiable and Competitive

Single Health Insurance and Medical Benefits – Company will pay 90% and employee will pay 10%

PTO and Vacation

Remote position but must live in Florida.
