Job Description
Specialist, Operations Management

What will you be doing:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an integral member of the PPP Operations Management team providing support to the activities of Premier collaborative and PPP operations projects. This individual will work in partnership with the PPP Operations Management Managers and team to ensure on time and successful execution of all assigned operational functions. This individual will work in conjunction with various internal departments and stakeholders to ensure the on time completion of deliverables.
This position has potential to have a portfolio of work across a limited number of collaborative or functions and may be asked to contribute to and support the work of the PPP Operations team. This position will work in a coordinated effort with key players to manage defined tasks involved in the coordination and execution of key project work.
This position will support internal project managers by providing project management support.

Skills & Experience:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
  • Master calendar and project management work plan maintenance
  • Supporting work across large-scale projects; prioritizing multiple projects and managing strict deadlines
  • Operations support to include executive communication and member reporting
  • Meeting and event planning logistics for virtual and in-person meetings
Education:
  • Area of Study: Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
This is a remote position and may require occasional travel.

Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
