Resource Management Specialist Jobs

We are looking for a Resource Management Specialist to join our Resource Management group. As a RM, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals.

NOTE: This is a remote role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement staffing strategies for your assigned practice
• Communication with all levels, from staff through partners
• Manage staffing allocation while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitability
• Maintain Resource Management tools such as Scheduling systems, email folders, Teams, etc.
• Train others on scheduling systems and processes
• Maintain an understanding of key skills needed, team members’ career aspirations and current skill sets, to align employees to engagement staffing needs
• Utilize Resource Management systems to generate and analyze reporting documents
• Additional clerical and administrative functions
• Act as the day-to-day contact for managers and staff regarding general firm and resource topics
• Work on multiple moving pieces to complete scheduling assignments

Qualifications:

• XCM experience a plus
• Minimum four years recent resource management or client services experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
• Project Management experience a plus.
• Must have strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
• Must have the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• STAR scheduling knowledge a plus.
• Must have strong teamwork skills
• Must have strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups and complex formulas
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
