Experience working directly with healthcare professionals or in a healthcare facility with healthcare professionals, community leaders, medical schools, and/or community groups.

The ability to collaboratively develop curriculum for educational programming pertaining to issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community and healthcare.

Experience with forecasting, developing, managing, and modifying budgets to execute deliverables, and meet the needs of both the program and organization.

Prior experience with immigrant populations, program development, management, qualitative research and IRB guidelines preferred.

Assist in grant writing and meeting reporting requirements.

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience required.

Creates and posts a timely schedule for all personal care staff.

5 -7 years of nursing experience working with seniors, preferably within an assisted living environment.

Regional, multi-site, multi-state experience preferred.

Knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse associates, residents, families, and other business partners.

Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
