Regional Director Of Health And Wellness Jobs in Georgia

Salary Range: $55 - $65K based on experience, education, certifications and qualifications

Interview, hire and train all direct reports.

Supervise strength trainers, personal trainers, fitness attendants, and group fitness instructors who assist members with questions, exercises, etc.

Ensure strength trainer coverage during all operating hours. Adjust staff schedule as needed during peak times.

Oversee the fitness orientation program for members.

Evaluate the needs of potential personal training clients and recommend an appropriate trainer for them.
