Oversee team development of screeners and recruiting management

Minimum of 7 years work experience in qualitative market research

Minimum of 4 years’ experience independently managing moderating duties

Advanced in-person, telephone, and online moderating skills with individuals and groups

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize findings from disparate sources

Skilled in Microsoft Office software environment

Advanced oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.

Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans.

Design studies in conjunction with the community and other partners.

Collect data using a variety of qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, observations).

Contribute to data cleaning, verification and documentation.

Contribute to discussions about coding and analysis schemes. Code data and conduct analyses.

Pay Range: $70.00 – 75.00/hr. on W2 without benefits

Project manage vendor relationships and relationships with other researchers

8+ years of experience in a product/user research setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

10+ years of relevant experience in a product/user research setting.

Advanced statistical analysis skills are a plus.

1-3 years of project management experience in professional role (required)

Support client management activities and ensuring high level of client satisfaction.

Other project management duties as deemed necessary.

Manage internal business initiatives including client database, project status documents and organization as well as others as they arise.

Experience and/or interest in managing and building client relationships a plus

(A) Experience performing qualitative analysis as part of one or more qualitative research projects,

OR (B) satisfactorily completed a course in Qualitative Data Analysis (at Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health: GH525; or equivalent).

Productive analyst staff will have the opportunity to be co-author on related manuscripts submitted for publication in academic journals.
