Provide clerical and administrative support for the management team. Creates sign-in forms, agendas, and minutes for various meetings.

Account management for travel and training expense reports.

Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, educational training, conferences, and other activities.

Manages timekeeping for Public Health employees.

4-7 years related experience and/or training as a behavior health provider, or other integrated behavior health system

1-3 years experience leading training, supervision of other behavior health providers

Experience in sexual and reproductive health care preferred

English, Spanish bilingual skills desirable

Develops standards of care, protocols, and policies for mental health providers

•Knowledge of principles of successful project management, population health management, quality improvement, outreach, and multi-stakeholder engagement

•Position will require some database management skills with ability to produce reports.

•Manage select partner and sponsor relations, ensuring benefits and other commitments are delivered as agreed.

•A minimum of 5 years of experience managing strategic projects for a national healthcare organization, membership association.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to analyze, think critically and stay organized amidst change.

•Proven ability to organize time and manage diverse activities and meet deadlines.

Implement service management solutions to deliver client value

Manage team performance, including escalated issues, hiring new employees, task delegation, conflict resolution, career development, training, and reviews

5-7 years’ progressive experience in managing project budgets, schedules, resources, subcontracts and staff

Business development and proposal writing experience

Design and analysis of prospective and retrospective studies to assess the impact of programs and policies on key outcomes

Lead the OMB/PRA and other clearance processes for data collection as required

Students Current students enrolled in accredited educational institutions from high school to graduate level. Includes internships, pathways and other student programs.

May communicate directly with physicians and other healthcare providers or manager concerning individual cases and administrative matters as appropriate.

Conduct educational outreach activities and develop program information materials for distribution to organizations, community groups, schools, and the general public.

Coordinate RUHS - National Public Health Accreditation activities.

Collection and documentation of required documents including: Community Health Assessment, Community Health Improvement Plan, Workforce Development plan, etc.

Assist with contracts and procurement.

Establish program goals and objectives and determine priorities; provide supervision, technical assistance, and consultation to program staff.

Maintains knowledge of grant programs in order to interact with applicants, federal agency representatives, peers and program manager.

Assesses client situations; identifies and interprets federal regulations and uses knowledge and experience to determine method of project implementation.

Works with Program Manager to ensure that the PA Program is effective in meeting the needs of the Applicant.

Establish and maintain relationships with applicants, federal agency representatives, peers and program manager.

Design and ensure accurate project work records are maintained and accessible to meet applicant needs and auditory requirements.

Responds quickly to managers, supporting the implementation of projects and organizational efforts to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

Preferred knowledge on vaccine requirements, public health laws, and communicable disease.

Preferred experience working for a local public health department.

This is not a benefited position.

Current Oregon Registered Nurse license.

Ability to work in a team.

Position will work 2-4 days per week, within 4-8-hour shifts.
