Experience working with Federal agencies, public health agencies or laboratories, or member-based organizations

Experience with system implementation projects, preferably within a public health laboratory or healthcare organization

Excellent client relations, presentation, organizational, writing, and communication skills

Implement service management solutions to deliver client value

Manage team performance, including escalated issues, hiring new employees, task delegation, conflict resolution, career development, training, and reviews

5-7 years’ progressive experience in managing project budgets, schedules, resources, subcontracts and staff

Business development and proposal writing experience

Design and analysis of prospective and retrospective studies to assess the impact of programs and policies on key outcomes

Lead the OMB/PRA and other clearance processes for data collection as required
